Eton Park is a part of The de Ferrers Trust. We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.
Eton Park is a purpose-built academy for students between the ages of 7 and 11 and was opened in October 1991. We have a very generous site which includes playing fields, a hard surface playground, a trim trail, ICT theatre, gardens and a nature conservation area.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Lunchtime Supervisor. Our aim is to maintain a calm and pleasant environment, ensuring students are well behaved, polite and courteous.
You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Take initiative and be committed to the safeguarding and care of young people. Whilst providing support for Academy staff during lunchtimes.
Previous experience not required; however, you should be able to display a caring, common sense attitude to young people.
Successful applicants will join a small and supportive team of staff and be able to make a positive contribution to the development of the Academy and its students.
During your time with us, you will:
- Supervise children and enhance their social opportunities during lunchtime.
- Support children in the dining room and assist with their table manners.
- Summon help, where necessary, in case of injury or illness and provide basic first aid for minor injuries.
- Having fun and getting creative with organising games and activities in line with school policies.
